Following an extensive planning and design phase, activity on site has now commenced, clearing the way for construction of the architecturally designed warehouse, commercial and retail units that will define this next-generation hub.

The precinct, located in a tightly held pocket of the Eltham District, will offer a rare blend of flexible zoning, smart layouts, and everyday access to surrounding amenity. The early stage works include full site clearance and preparation for service connections, with bulk excavation and foundation works scheduled to follow.
